Where Lennox started

Lennox began in Marshalltown, Iowa, in 1895, when Dave Lennox developed a riveted-steel furnace. The company has since grown into a residential and commercial climate-control manufacturer.

Lennox uses product- and series-specific Basic Limited Warranty terms. For eligible equipment, Warranty Your Way may provide a no-cost choice between longer parts coverage and a combination of parts and labor coverage when registration requirements are met.

  • Eligible Merit and Elite products may receive 10 years of parts-only coverage or an alternate 7-year parts/3-year labor option.
  • Eligible Dave Lennox Signature products may receive 12 years of parts-only coverage or an alternate 10-year parts/3-year labor option.
  • Where permitted, eligible equipment generally must be registered within 60 calendar days to obtain or select supplemental coverage.
  • Eligibility, jurisdiction rules, installation date, model, terms, and exclusions must be confirmed with Lennox’s current documents.
